Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic account details: name, email address, and profile photo. We never see or store your Google password.

  • Profile details you add, such as a handle, headline, and bio.
  • Bug reports you submit and the evidence links you attach.
  • Payout details you provide when you request a withdrawal.
  • Basic usage data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

We use your information to run the marketplace: to match testers with programs, show your reports to the right builder, maintain reputation, process payouts, and prevent abuse.

Signing in with Google

Gorol uses Google sign-in only. We do not create or store passwords. You can revoke Gorol's access from your Google account at any time.

Payout and identity details

We collect payout details, such as a bank or e-wallet account, only when you request a withdrawal, and we store the minimum needed to pay you. Your first withdrawal includes a manual identity check by a Gorol admin.

Data minimization

We aim to collect only what we need, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). We defer identity checks until withdrawal and avoid storing sensitive data we do not need.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary:

  • With builders: the content of the reports you submit to their program.
  • With Gorol admins: report and account details needed for triage, arbitration, and settlement.
  • With service providers that help us operate the platform, under appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can ask questions about how we handle it. Contact us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Gorol grows. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
